FDM Printing for Electronics and Prototyping

FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) is the most common 3D printing method for functional parts and prototypes. Material is fed through a heated extruder and laid down layer by layer, forming the finished product directly from a CAD file.

We manufacture enclosures for electronic devices, mounting brackets, adapters, production fixtures and functional prototypes. Single items and small batches — no moulds or lengthy setup required.

We select the optimal material for each order: PLA for mockups, PETG for functional parts, ABS and ASA for parts requiring higher strength and temperature resistance.

How We Work

File Preparation

We accept STEP, STL or IGES files. We check geometry and select the optimal print orientation and material.

Printing

We configure print parameters: layer height, infill, supports. We start production.

03

Post-processing

We remove supports and sand surfaces. Chemical treatment or coating available on request.
