We review Gerber files and DFM requirements before sending to production, and perform incoming quality inspection after receiving boards — visual check and specification compliance.

Production Process
Preparation & Photolithography
Substrate processing, photoresist application, UV exposure through the photomask and chemical etching of the copper pattern.
Drilling & Plating
Via drilling with ±0.05 mm precision, chemical and electrolytic copper plating, solder mask application.
Inspection & Finishing
Optical and electrical inspection (AOI/ATE), legend printing, surface finish and board singulation.
